In 2025, we have seen fundamental shifts in how local governments approach technology and especially the role it plays in supporting communities. Take plan review — what was once viewed as a simple code compliance checkpoint has evolved into a critical cornerstone of the entire permitting ecosystem — a function that now drives government progress, community safety, and sustainable development.  

Avolve has been at the center of this shift. Through innovation, data-driven insights, and close collaboration with our 350+ customers, we launched our Big4 innovations — AI, GIS, Mobile, and Insights — all designed to help agencies bridge the gap between regulation and real-world results. Together, these innovations give local governments the freedom to modernize, accelerate community development processes, and make intelligent, data-led decisions that support their thriving communities.

2025 has also been a year of meaningful growth within Avolve itself. I am beyond proud to lead an organization enriched by personal growth, with team member who challenge themselves every day. To every hardworking, member of the team, thank you.
